What's a truck?
A truck is a crew working on the same day as another crew. Borik counts your busiest day. One or two double days a month are free, so a rain-day catch-up doesn't cost you a truck.
Office logins, owners who don't run a route, and spare vehicles don't count. Saved routes are unlimited.

The fine print, in plain English

- Through Stripe, in your business's name, paid straight to your bank. You pay Stripe's fee — currently 3.4% + 30¢ a payment, which includes Borik's 0.1%. Checks, cash, Zelle and Venmo cost nothing.
- Fair use
- Normal business use of texting and AI is included. Very heavy or automated use may be limited; if yours is regularly far above normal, we'll talk to you first — nothing changes without your say.
- Adding or dropping a truck
- Any time, in Settings. A new truck starts right away and you pay for the rest of the month; a dropped one ends at your next bill.
- Your data
- Yours. Export it whenever you like. Borik never sells customer or homeowner data.
